The competition is divided into two groups: entrepreneurship group and innovation group.

Entrepreneurial Group: Projects that have been registered or intend to settle in Pinghu City and Jinshan District.

Innovation Group: Innovative projects that have cooperation intention or can be employed throughout the country.

Project scope and requirements

1、Requirements of competitors:

For agricultural subjects, scientific researchers, middle and senior agricultural professional and technical personnel, teachers and students of colleges and universities, retired soldiers, local craftsmen, cultural artists and other agricultural and rural entrepreneurs and innovators who are interested in or have participated in rural construction, and meet the following conditions:

⚫ Supports the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics, loves the motherland, cares about agriculture, rural areas and farmers, and abides by discipline and law.

⚫ has been actively engaged in rural construction and agricultural development, with good professional ethics and the ability of entrepreneurship and innovation in the field of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers".

⚫ Those who are above 18 years old (including 18 years old) are generally representatives of legal persons, joint entrepreneurs with shares, entrepreneurial and innovative individuals or certified new professional farmers.

2、Entry requirements:

Agricultural and rural entrepreneurship and innovation projects that focus on the modernization of agriculture and rural areas and the integrated development of production and rural areas, and serve the high-quality integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta, with distinctive features, unique creativity and strong potential are eligible for participation, and meet the following requirements:

⚫ Complies with relevant national laws and regulations and relevant industrial policies, with strong innovation and leadership, intellectual property rights and invention patents without legal disputes.

Those who have won the first prize in the entrepreneurship group of the competition will be directly identified as the leading talent project of Pinghu (the Leading entrepreneur of Pinghu will enjoy a policy subsidy of 1 million yuan), and prefered to recommend the leading talent project of Jiaxing (the Leading entrepreneur of Jiaxing will enjoy a policy subsidy of 2 million to 8 million yuan); Those who have won the second and third prizes in the Entrepreneurship group of the competition will be recommended to be included in the Leading Talent Project of Pinghu.

Those who have won the first prize in the innovation group of the competition will be directly identified as the leading talent project of Pinghu (Leading innovation project of Pinghu will enjoy an annual salary subsidy of 70%, with a maximum of 300,000 yuan for 3 years), and prefered to recommend the leading talent project of Jiaxing (leading innovation project of Jiaxing will enjoy an annual salary subsidy of 70%, with a maximum of 800,000 yuan for 5 years); Those who have won the second and third prizes in the innovation group of the competition will be preferentially recommended to be included in the Pinghu Leading Talent Project.

According to the talent level of each prize winner, they can enjoy a housing subsidy of 60,000-2 million yuan, a living subsidy of 10,000-1 million yuan and a social insurance subsidy of 100,000 yuan for three consecutive years. To promote employment to give no more than 20,000 yuan of employment subsidy every year, subsidy period of no more than 3 years; Priority will be given to the talent apartment. Those who can't arrange the talent apartment will be given a rental subsidy of 600-2000 yuan per month.

Registration time and method

Registration starts today and ends on July 31, 2022. The competition is divided into registration, preliminary competition (completed before August 31) and final competition (completed before September 31).
